Troubleshooting: Cannot view images in the Image area

Issue

I can log into IMPAX and search for studies but when I try to view images in the Image area, I get the following error:

Cannot display patient.

Details

A possible cause is that Internet Explorer 8 is installed on the Client.

Solution

  1. Launch Internet Explorer 8.

  2. From the Tools menu, select Internet Options.

  3. Switch to the Advanced tab.

  4. In the Settings section, under Security, clear the Check for server certificate revocation checkbox.

  5. Click OK.

  6. Restart the Client machine.

  7. Open the IMPAX Client and try to view images for a study.
