For service calls or upgrade requests, you may need to supply the license type and version number of IMPAX. You can find this information in the Help menu.
To find the license type and version number of IMPAX
From the List or Configure area bar, click the Help menu.
Select About IMPAX.
A dialog opens displaying the version number, station identifier, and license type, along with copyright information.
To view the Windows System Information window, click System Information.
To close the About dialog, click OK.
