Troubleshooting: No comparative review palette appears when customizing sequence

Issue

After opening the Customize dialog and switching to the Comparative Review tab, I do not see a palette to place the comparative review buttons into.

When empty, the comparative review palette contains only one blank cell: .

Solution

Drag the Comparative Review Mode view above or below the blank cell. Additional views can be added above or below it.
