Troubleshooting: Cannot launch dictation from the Image area

Issue

The IMPAX Image area contains a Dictate Study tool. Clicking it, however, does not launch an IMPAX RIS dictation.

Details

Although the Image area Dictate Study tool works with some integrated reporting systems, it does not work with the IMPAX RIS reporting module.

Solution

Use the Text area Dictate button to access IMPAX RIS reporting functionality from within IMPAX.
