Troubleshooting: "about:blank" footer appears on Image Information window prints

Issue

When I print implant details from the Image Information window, each page contains a footer that says "about:blank".

Details

Internet Explorer is used for printing. It includes this footer by default. You can delete the footer, but this affects all future printing from Internet Explorer on this computer.

Solution

1. In the Image Information window, click Print Preview.

2. In the Print Preview window, press Alt + U or click Page Setup.

3. In the Page Setup dialog, change or delete the contents of the Header and Footer fields. For example, to prevent the about:blank footer from appearing on the print, delete the &u characters in the Footer field.

4. Click OK.

5. In the Print Preview window, click OK.

   The implant details are printed with the headers and footers you specified.
