Troubleshooting: Image Information window appears tiny

Issue

The Image Information window appears as a very small window in the corner of the screen. I must resize it to view and print its contents.

Details

This can occur with some browsers in some multi-monitor configurations.

Solution

Ensure that Internet Explorer 7.0 or later is installed.
