Troubleshooting: Cannot start dictation in IMPAX Reporting

Issue

When using IMPAX Reporting, I cannot start dictation on any new studies.

Details

When migrating from a previous version of IMPAX, the View Reports operation is not enabled.

Solution

1. From the Configure drawer menu, select Users and Roles.

2. Select the appropriate user or role.

3. From the Permissions tab, switch to the Study-Based tab.

4. From the Assign operations form list, select PACS Client.

5. Under Text area, enable the View Reports operation.
