Removing the annotation box from the printed film

When the annotation box is enabled during printing of a film, space is left for annotation at both the top and bottom of the film; therefore, providing less space for the image. When printing annotations on images, true size is also not guaranteed. If not required, you can disable the annotation box.

Note:

Note:

You must remove the annotation box before you print any test films to determine the printable area.

To remove the annotation box from the printed film

  1. In a text editor such as Notepad, create a file with the filename printer-config.printer-AE-Title.

Where printer-AE-Title is the AE Title of the printer.

  2. In the file, type NOFORMAT=.

The file must contain only those exact nine characters.

  3. A file extension is added to the file when using an editor such as Notepad or Wordpad. Remove the extension.
