Troubleshooting: Why are non-imaging studies not being displayed?

Issue

Non-imaging studies cannot be viewed in the Text area - Report section or Text area - Study List of the IMPAX Client.

Details

Non-imaging studies are not being displayed because their location has not been defined as a report source on the Application Server.

Solution

To add the non-imaging study location to the report sources

1. Ensure the local report source has been configured. Refer to "Connecting the Application Server to a local IMPAX RIS" (topic number 11345) in the IMPAX 6.5.1 Application Server Knowledge Base.

2. Add the non-imaging study location as a non-queryable RIS report source. Refer to "Connecting the Application Server to a non-queryable RIS" (topic number 11343) in the IMPAX 6.5.1 Application Server Knowledge Base.
