IMPAX identifies and accepts duplicate images with different demographics and tracks the conflicts. This ensures physicians are not prevented from viewing studies with conflicts. If not part of your workflow, you can disable the study conflict functionality for all users.

To disable study conflict functionality
Run CLUI.
To disable the study conflict functionality, type
insert into map_ini (ini_section,ini_key, ini_value) values ('GENERAL','STUDY_CONFLICT_DIALOG_DISABLED','T')
On the Application Server, perform an iisreset.
