Troubleshooting: Cannot select tools from the button menus as the menu disappears

Issue

I cannot select any tools from the button menus (Window Level, Zoom, Geometry, and Markup) in the top toolbar of the Image area as the menu disappears.

Details

This issue can be caused by the Windows Taskbar being on the left side or top of the screen.

1. Change the location of the Windows Taskbar to the bottom of the screen.

Solution #2

1. From the Windows Taskbar, right-click and select Properties.

2. On the Taskbar tab, clear the Keep the taskbar on the top of other windows option.

3. Click OK.
