Troubleshooting: Voice comments buttons unresponsive

Issue

The voice comments buttons are unresponsive and I cannot stop the recording.

Details

If the USB microphone becomes unplugged while recording voice comments and the computer does not have a sound card, the voice comments buttons such as Stop cannot be pressed until the microphone is plugged in again.

Solution

Check if the USB microphone is unplugged. If yes, plug the microphone in and stop the recording.
