Troubleshooting: Cannot print studies with Landscape orientation

Issue

The study I want to print with the Landscape orientation does not print.

Details

When the True Size option is selected for studies, the Landscape orientation in the Composite Layout feature is ignored for print.

Solution

1. Turn off the True Size option and print the study.

   or

   In Windows, before the print job is sent to the printer change printer settings from Portrait to Landscape (Print > Properties > Basics > Orientation).
