The following options are available in the Finish reporting dialog.

| Validate report/Validate addendum |  | Validates the report or addendum immediately, sets the corresponding IMPAX study status to Approved, and triggers the speech adaptation process. If the report or addendum reviewer is different from the report or addendum author (for example, in a resident/supervisor workflow), the report or addendum is only partially validated; otherwise it is fully validated. If the option Automatically Print Report is checked, validating a report or addendum automatically triggers a print action on the IMPAX Client. This print setting is maintained when Validate report is set as the default workflow. |

| Save report /Save addendum |  | Saves the report or addendum, sets the corresponding IMPAX study status to Reported, and triggers the speech adaptation process. If the option Automatically Print Report is checked, saving a report automatically triggers a print action on the IMPAX Client. This print setting is maintained when Save report is set as the default workflow. The Automatically Print Report option is not available for the addendum workflow. |
| Submit report for transcription or Submit for correction/Submit addendum for transcription |  | Saves the report or addendum, submits the report or addendum to the IMPAX RIS for transcription or correction, and sets the corresponding IMPAX study status to Dictated. After the transcription/correction is done in IMPAX RIS, the study status is set to Reported. |
| Suspend report (and continue later) |  | Temporarily saves the report and leaves the corresponding IMPAX study status on Dictation started. Suspended dictations are not visible in the IMPAX RIS. A report is only visible in the IMPAX RIS when submitted for transcription. This option is not available when editing an existing report or when creating or editing an addendum. |
| Cancel report /Cancel addendum |  | Deletes the new report and returns the IMPAX study status to New. Changes made to an already existing report are lost and the study status is set to Reported. |
| Report reviewer/Addendum reviewer | Provides a list of radiologists who can review the report or addendum. Select a name from the list to change the reviewer of the report or addendum. This option is not available for digital or offline dictations. |
