Troubleshooting: Scanned documents not displayed in the Text area

Issue

Scanned requests from IMPAX RIS are not displayed in the Text area.

Details

Solution

Do the following:

  1. Ensure a link exists between the objects defined in QManager (Objectlink definitions).

  2. Ensure a scanned document is attached to the order or study and can be shown in QDoc.

  3. Delete your station from the RIS container. Log out from the IMPAX Client, then log in again.

  4. If problems persist, review the error log for SQL errors on missing columns. For example, if a column in the Blob table is missing, fetching data in Ecompass fails and no message appears in the IMPAX Client. It is written in the error log.
