Troubleshooting: Busy with dictation, remove from worklist error

Issue

When working with IMPAX Reporting, I received the error message:

Already busy with dictation, would you like to remove it from the worklist?

Details

TalkStation Integration operations must be off for the roles containing users dictating with IMPAX Reporting.

Solution

1. From the Configure drawer menu, select Users and Roles.

2. In the navigation pane, select the role containing users who are dictating.

3. In the details pane, expand the Permissions bar.

4. Switch to the General or Study-Based tab.

5. In the For permission list, select the permission.

6. From the Assign operations from list, select PACS Client.

7. In the Operations list, clear the TalkStation Integration checkbox, and ensure Messaging Service is selected.
