Troubleshooting: Recording no longer works for IMPAX Reporting

Issue

After starting a dictation for IMPAX Reporting, recording does not work anymore. Nothing happens when I press the Record button in the Text area or on the Phillips SpeechMike.

Details

In some cases, the recording starts again after waiting a period of time, or unplugging and plugging the SpeechMike.

The exception below is written in the client.log.
