Troubleshooting: Knowledge Base search results too broad

Issue

Too many results are returned when I search for Knowledge Base topics.

Details

When I launch the Knowledge Base, select Search, enter a term, and click Find, a large number of topics are returned. It is too difficult to go through them all and find what I need.
