Issue
HIS verification performed in the IMPAX Client or when importing a CD using the IMPAX Client is slow.
Details
If the DM-In interface is enabled on the Connectivity Manager IMPAX devices, the IMPAX Client may experience performance issues.
Solution
For sites using the DM-In interface for third-party PACS integrations
The DM-In interface allows the third-party PACS' study UID to be updated on the Connectivity Manager and used in the HIS verification process. You must ensure both the DM-In interface and the bls_impax_study_manager system manager device are started.
Log into the Connectivity Manager Service Tools.
Navigate to Devices > System Devices.
Ensure the bls_impax_study_manager system manager device is started.
Navigate to RW Devices.
On the IMPAX WFM device, ensure the DM-In interface is started.
For sites that do not have third-party PACS integrations
We recommend stopping the DM-In interface on the IMPAX devices.
Log into the Connectivity Manager Service Tools.
Navigate to the RWD devices.
On the IMPAX devices, select the DM-In checkbox.
Click Stop.
