Issue
There is not enough disk space on the C: drive.
Details
The C: drive can become full because, by default, IIS saves log files there.
Solution
Refer to either of the following two solutions in the IMPAX 6.5.1 Application Server Installation, Upgrade, and Configuration Guide:
Disabling IIS logging
Changing the location of the IIS log files
