Troubleshooting: Configuration Tool not applying changes

Issue

The Business Services Configuration Tool does not seem to apply the setting selected after the initial install.

Details

After the installation of the Business Services Configuration Tool, changes made to the settings are not applied, and sometimes generate errors. Possible errors include:

• osql is not recognized as an internal or external command

• date : command not found

• Schema extend failed. See logs

Solution

To resolve this issue, restart the computer and apply the configuration changes again.
