For service calls or upgrade requests, you may need to supply the license type and version number of Application Server. You can find this information in the Help menu.
To find the license type and version number of Application Server
From the Help menu, select About Application Server.
The About dialog displays the version number and license type, along with copyright information.
To view the Windows System Information window, click System Information.
To close the About dialog, click OK.
