The Instant Messaging feature allows users to connect easily with other users in the IMPAX Client.
The Instant Messaging feature uses https (port 443) to ensure that communication is encrypted. To use this feature in a load-balanced environment, you need to make the following changes.

To configure the load balancer for the Instant Messaging feature
For port 443/tcp (https), on the load balancer increase the session lifetime from 160 seconds to 900 seconds.
Messaging over http (port 80) has been deprecated (formerly it was set to 60 minutes) on the load balancer. Disable load balancing for this port.
