Licenses fall into a grace period under the following conditions:
The license must be installed and active.
A grace period must be applicable to the license.
A valid license's MAC address is no longer in the list of known MAC addresses for the Application Servers in a cluster. (The Application Server's MAC address may change at some point in it's lifetime.)
To view the number of days remaining in a license's grace period
On the Application Server, open a web browser and type the following address into the browser's address bar:
http://server/AgfaHC.Healthcheck.Escrow/AuthenticationForm.aspx
where server is the name of the server that has the license data.
On the AuthenticationForm.aspx page, type your Username and Password.
Click Login.
On the Healthcheck page, in the Operation column, search for Licensing.
A yellow dot beside a license indicates that the license is within the grace period. For all such licenses, the number of days left in the grace period is displayed in the Comments field.
