Troubleshooting: Could not establish trust relationship with remote server

Issue

I try to launch the IMPAX Client, nothing happens and the login never appears. The log file contains a Could not establish trust relationship with remote server error.

Details

When you have problems with the SSL certificate, or the certificate has expired, the following error message appears in the log file:

ERROR 2010-08-23 11:09:21,281 [MainThread] AgfaHC.Pacs.Application.ImpaxClient [] - HandleUnhandledException(): Unhandled exception: AgfaHC.Web.Services.Proxy.SoapProxyBaseException: The underlying connection was closed: Could not establish trust relationship with remote server.

Solution

1. Request a new certificate.

2. Import and assign the SSL certificate on the Application Server.
